So excited to have another space to get great info! I would love to continue getting great posts about what we can find in store like Costco, Publix, and Target!
I’d love to try the Air Doctor! (I’m concerned about mold & microplastics.) Have you researched parasites? I’ve listened to several podcasts, etc on the topic recently and I’m both grossed out and intrigued!
I recently switched to glass meal prep containers & I really want to switch to a Caraway frying pan next.
Thanks for all the tips! Your site is my go-to for questions on ingredients & I’ve been using a Clearly Filtered pitcher for a couple years now on your recommendation.
Such an interesting topic, that I am also personally interested in so making note on this! Glass containers and the water filter are such an impactful swap so definitely be proud of yourself.
Thank you Jaime for all your recs! Started this journey 3 years ago and love learning from you as I go for easy clean swaps! My next on the list is the air purifier! Can’t wait to try it!
Years ago I removed all household cleaners and fragranced products from my home. Less is best. Most cleaning can be done with vinegar, water, baking soda, etc. Just clean, simple products.
It really is crazy how much can be done with just simple ingredients! I removed fragrance products from my home 3 years ago and it's truly been such a game changer!
I started my journey 30 years ago because I had come to a point where it was figure it out or die. I figured it out. Now it's easier, we have internet and word is getting out about this stuff. Finally.
I’ve been wanting an air doctor for so long but have yet to pull the trigger! My husband and I just bought our first home, and I have been wondering about non-toxic paints, rugs, and whole-house water filters (that hopefully don’t break the budget). Thanks for all your tips and the products you share - you truly do make it feel so simple, and as a person with health-anxiety, that means so much to me🫶🏼
I LOVE candles and perfumes and all things that smell good and have switched my perfume to Dime brand, which I love, but I don't know which brand(s) to trust for candles. Can you share some recommendations?
I would LOVE to buy Avocado products but can't afford it at this time. Are there any other less expensive non-toxic mattress and pillow options out there? thank you!!
Excited for your Substack! I have heard you talk about Force of Nature which got me curious about hypochlorous acid and would love your thoughts. Is it effective? Is it safe? Etc.
so excited to be on Substack! Yes it's a naturally occurring compound produced by your white blood cells to fight infection and inflammation so it's non-toxic, is an anti-microbial, and is anti-inflammatory!
Would love to see non-tox shampoo/conditioner swaps. This has been the hardest swap for me to find something clean that WORKS. Thank you!

YES, love these topics!
Looking to know if you can speak more about different supplements and sauna use?
